| What is your Holiday return policy? | |
| Holiday Return Policy: Product returns can be requested until January 10th on purchases made on or after November 20 for an exchange or refund. All items MUST be returned unworn, in their original condition with all hang tags and protective packaging undamaged. Do not ball up clothing, please attempt to fold (We don’t expect it to be folded perfectly; balling clothing could cause more damage). Any returned items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a 15% restocking fee. After January 10th, Sligo Wear Inc. retains the right to determine if credit or exchange is to be given. Returned product may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To return merchandise: 1) Request a Return Authorize (RA) number from store@sligowear.com (ORDERS WITHOUT AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) 2) Apply proper postage and mail (no COD's will be accepted) to the following address: Sligo Wear Inc 3-2850 Argentia Rd Mississauga, ON Canada L5N 8G4 3) Return product. Write the RA number on outside of box and original packing list. 4) Return shipping freight charges are your responsibility. Please use a carrier that offers tracking capabilities and keep a copy of the tracking number(s) for your records. Any returns coming from outside of Canada may incur Duty charges. These charges, if incurred will be deducted from your refund. 5) Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of initial order. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. To Exchange merchandise we ask that you contact us at store@sligowear.com and request a return authorization #. Exchanges without a return authorization # will not be accepted. Please follow the same instructions to return the products you wish to exchange, then place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for. Placing a new order allows you to receive your exchange faster and ensures stock of your new item once the order is placed. Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition your credit card will be refunded. | 1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. | How much is my shipping? | |
| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. All orders shipping outside of Canada are shipped Duty unpaid. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. | |

| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. | |

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. | |
